Construction Management

Execution & Co-ordination :

  • Prepare site logistics plan

  • Supervise construction activities

  • Suggest construction modification due to site conditions

  • Review & assist in approval of changes during construction

  • Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders

  • Conduct project periodic progress review meetings

Time Management :

  • Review & Approve detailed WBS (work breakdown structure)

  • Review & Approve contractor’s baseline construction schedule

  • Periodical updates against baseline schedule (MSP/Primavera P6)

  • Prepare Recovery/Catchup schedules

Contracts Administration :

  • Manage contractual submittals from contractor/(s)

  • Review & assistance in preventing / resolving claims

  • Issue virtual completion / work completion certificate

  • Track purchase of long lead items

Quality Management :

  • Review & finalize Project Quality Plan

  • Attend Request for Inspections (RFIs) from contractor/(s)

  • Review & approve method statements

  • Check quality of incoming material

  • Monitor & assess workmanship

  • Issue quality assessment certificate

  • Check quality of completed work

Safety Management :

  • Conduct safety walks

  • Conduct safety meetings and TBT (Tool Box Talk) period

  • Ensure the adherence of EHS norms and rules by all conductors & stakeholders

Management Reporting :

  • Project progress periodically

  • Krystal DMS – Online Database Management System

  • Maintain and manage documentation of project

Punchlist Management :

  • Verify and approve Punch list items

  • Joint Take Over of the project

Testing & Commissioning :​​

  • Confirm and validate testing & commissioning of project deliverables in accordance to QC procedures

Project Close-Out Documentation :​​

  • Obtain close-out deliverables from the contractor

  • Submit final close-out report

  • Organize training on installed equipment

  • Final hand over to client’s facility manage team
